What is a Conservator?
Two Rivers Trust can act as conservator for minors, the elderly, and those suffering from mental or physical disabilities.  Two Rivers Trust Co. will safekeep assets, collect income, pay expenses, manage investments and prepare all required court accountings.
A "conservator" is court appointed to manage the financial affairs of an individual who is unable to make their own decisions due to physical or mental limitations. Conservators are subject to court supervision and are required to provide periodic accounting reports detailing their actions on behalf of the protected individual or ward.
